Architected and built Klarna’s next-generation disputes experience end-to-end — an evidence-first, AI-assisted system spanning mobile, web and backend services — then led a series of production AI systems on top of it.

The person behind MHS
MHS is led by Mohamed Sheikh, with 12+ years of designing, building and running production technology. He started in e-commerce, spent time on safety-critical satellite software for the European Space Agency at CGI, built streaming and broadcast systems at the BBC, and has since specialised in fintech: Cazoo’s consumer finance launch, a payments rebuild at So-Sure, and Klarna’s disputes platform, where he architected and shipped AI systems used across hundreds of thousands of cases.
He takes the ambiguous version of a problem — discovery, trade-offs, architecture — and stays through delivery and production. Decisions are made legible with ADRs, RFCs and post-mortems; systems are proven with evals and observability rather than opinion.
MHS Tech Solutions is deliberately small: the engineer you speak to is the engineer who designs and builds the work. No account managers, no hand-off to a junior team, no slide deck in place of a system.
